This morning, hundreds of eager Apple customers were spotted lining up outside the flagship stores in Delhi and Mumbai for the newly launched iPhone 16 series.
However, there’s a more convenient alternative—quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and BigBasket are offering fast deliveries of the iPhone 16. Blinkit promises delivery within 10 minutes for all available items, while BigBasket has also recently rolled out similar services.
Blinkit, in particular, is on the verge of completing 300 deliveries across India. Co-founder and CEO Albinder Dhindsa shared this achievement in a post on X.
“We started delivering iPhones at 8 AM, and we’re about to cross 300 deliveries in just a few minutes,” he wrote, adding, “Today is going to be a crazy day!”
When one user asked about EMI options, Dhindsa confirmed, “EMI options are available.”
The iPhone 16 series is now available through Blinkit in select cities, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, with prices starting at ₹79,900 for the base model. In a previous post, Dhindsa had announced Blinkit’s partnership with Unicorn Stores, an authorized Apple retailer, to ensure fast deliveries.
This year marks Blinkit’s third consecutive partnership with Unicorn to sell iPhones on launch day.
