British motorcycle manufacturer Norton Motorcycles, a subsidiary of TVS Motor, announced a restructuring of its leadership on Monday. As part of the changes, CEO Robert Hentschel will step down from his role and transition to a non-executive director position.
Under the new leadership framework, Nevijo Mance will join the company as Executive Director, responsible for overseeing all upstream business functions. Mance’s responsibilities will include leading product design, development, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and supply chain management.
Additionally, Richard Arnold, who was appointed as Executive Director in June 2024, will manage the downstream business operations, including marketing, brand management, sales, distribution, customer relationship management, after-sales service, product management, and public relations.
In a statement, the company emphasized that with this updated leadership structure, Norton Motorcycles is poised to continue its journey toward becoming a leading global brand in the premium motorcycle sector, while maintaining its commitment to quality and craftsmanship for motorcycle enthusiasts around the world.
